License of two counstltant compnies Xway Emerging Solutions and Ocean International revoked

Mohali, March 15, 2022: Additional District Magistrate Komal Mittal IAS, by using power under the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act 2012, the license issued to Ocean International Education Consultant SCF No. 65, Top Floor, Phase-2 Mohali, and Similarly Xway Emerging Solutions SCF No. 32, 2nd Floor, Phase-2, Mohali,for consultancy work has been revoked with immediate effect.

She said License to Xway Emerging Solutions was issued to one Amit Chaudhary (Proprietor) son of Vijay Chaudhary resident of House No. 387 / B , Adarsh Nagar, Nawan Garau, Tehsil-Kharar, and Ocean International Education Consultant, was issued to Sachin Kumar (Proprietor), son of Jeet Ram, resident of House No. 14, Village Danoh, PS Sadar, Bilaspur (Himachal Pradesh) for consultancy work under the Act / Rules, till December, 2021.

The terms of License have been expired.
